How it works

From brief to agreement.

A shared scope. Private quotes. A choice you can explain.

Review the scope

Confirm equipment, crew and timings. Include suppliers you already know.

We check each request before suppliers see it. Platform fees are waived during the open beta.

Only the client who asked sees a quote. Other suppliers never see it.

Each quote screen shows the name of the account it was made for.

Pay the supplier directly. Bidagora never holds funds.

A supplier declines

Your other quotes remain available. Return to the comparison and choose again.

A message fails

Your request stays saved. Check its delivery status in the workspace.

A quote offers an alternative

Read the supplier’s explanation and clarify anything that matters before choosing.
