Illustrative prices and examples
Prices, budget guidance, specifications and examples shown on the platform are illustrative. They show the kind of detail a request or quote can hold. They are not a guaranteed price or a recommendation. The price that applies is the one in a supplier quote you choose.
Supplier listings and quotes
Equipment listings, profiles, stock levels and quotes are provided by suppliers. Each supplier is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of what it provides, and for supplying what it quotes. Bidagora LLC does not supply the equipment, is not a party to the supply contract and does not guarantee a supplier's performance.
Availability
Availability changes quickly. A listing or stock figure does not reserve equipment. Availability is confirmed only when a supplier accepts your choice.
Promotional open beta
The platform is offered during a promotional open beta period, as described in the Terms of Service. Platform fees are waived during the open beta (see Terms of Service). Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn, and may contain errors. Beta features are provided on the basis described in the Terms of Service.
Liability and governing law
Bidagora's liability is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the Governing Law and Disputes section of the Terms of Service.
